Custom aluminum products order lead times vary depending on the complexity of the part and the volume of the order. Nonetheless, we always try to work efficiently. It usually takes about 72 hours to develop our mold. After the mold is complete, it is ready for production. For smaller orders with less complex designs, production can often be completed in a few days. Larger or more intricate orders will take longer, but in every case we will give you a detailed estimate at the beginning of the project. We also offer expedited production for emergency orders.
