The I- beams we produce undergo a two step process. The first is extrusion and the second is CNC cutting. Our extensive inventory which includes 19 extrusion and 128 CNC machines makes the production simple. The aerospace-grade 6061 and 7075 alloys we use ensures durability and strength. I – beams is also employed in construction for non-complex and light parts as well as for industrial and manufacturing machines and equipment. We do non-destructive testing of I – beams to ensure compliance with the tolerances and quality requirements we set. For your specific project, we are able to customize the dimensions and surface finishes accordingly.
